To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
All coffee products are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our inventory up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee that any product listed on our site or in-store is in stock.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may choose to receive a refund, a substitute product, or wait for the item to become available.
By placing an order through our website, mobile app, or in-store, you make an offer to purchase our products.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. However, this confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid.

We offer shipping within the Countries via shipping carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged items and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days to the original payment method used. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective.
If you have signed up for a subscription service for our coffee products, your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you selected within weekly, monthly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for that period.
We reserve the right to change the pricing or terms of subscription services with prior notice.
Our coffee products are intended for personal consumption. They are not intended for resale unless explicitly authorized in writing by Hertes.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, health issues, or injuries resulting from the consumption of our products. Please carefully review all ingredients and consult a health care provider if you have any concerns.

Hertes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
